From January to March 2025, 95.8323 million people used the method of instantly invoking the personal accounts of the bound individuals for the intra-provincial mutual aid of employee medical insurance personal accounts, with a mutual aid amount of 13.175 billion yuan.

From the perspective of mutual assistance regions, within the same coordinated area (usually the same prefecture-level city), 87.7550 million person-times were mutually assisted, and the mutual assistance amount was 11.738 billion yuan. A total of 8.0773 million person-times of cross-coordinated assistance were provided within the province, with a total assistance amount of 1.437 billion yuan.

From the perspective of mutual aid purposes, 11.724 billion yuan was used to cover the medical expenses borne by individuals for medical treatment at designated medical institutions, 711 million yuan was used to cover the expenses borne by individuals for medical treatment at designated retail pharmacies, and 680 million yuan was used for individual contributions for participating in the basic medical insurance for residents, etc.

In March 2025, a total of 11,148 intra-provincial and cross-provincial mutual aid transactions of the individual accounts of employee medical insurance were conducted through the medical insurance wallet transfer method, with a transfer amount of 7.8828 million yuan. From the perspective of mutual aid regions, there were 8,023 intra-provincial transfers, with a transfer amount of 5.6519 million yuan. There were 3,125 inter-provincial transfers, with a total transfer amount of 2.2309 million yuan. From the perspective of the usage purposes of the medical insurance wallet, a total of 4,112 payments were made for medical treatment and drug purchase expenses, amounting to 706,500 yuan. A total of two payments for the resident medical insurance were made, amounting to 860 yuan.
